Shipping Information
Shipping Regions & Transit Time
All orders are shipped from China via trusted international logistics providers including 4PX, SF Express, YunExpress and SFC.
North America
Standard Shipping: 7 – 22 business days
Europe (EU, United Kingdom)
Standard Shipping: 8 – 25 business days
South America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia etc.)
Standard Shipping: 18 – 38 business days
South American customs clearance may cause occasional delays beyond the estimated timeframe. We cannot guarantee exact delivery date for South American shipments.
Important Customs & Duty Notice
- EU Countries: Import VAT may be applicable. We support IOSS eligible shipping options. Any import duties or local taxes charged by customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Brazil: Recipient’s valid CPF tax ID is mandatory for delivery. Orders without CPF cannot be cleared and will be returned or abandoned.
- We do not mark orders as "gift" to avoid customs inspection. All goods will be declared truthfully.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does NOT include international transit time shown above.
Lost & Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 14 days after delivery status update.
We will verify tracking information with the logistics carrier before arranging further solutions.
Shipping Limitation
We ship auto electronic replacement parts. Some remote islands and restricted territories are not available for delivery.
If your location cannot be shipped, we will contact you promptly to cancel or refund your order.
